HOW TO ORDER [ Back To Menu ]

Follow this simple process to place your online order.

  1. Read "Guides" below.
  2. Choose one of our VOLER “stock jersey designs” to transfer your artwork onto.
  3. You will design and purchase your garment using the Voler design studio.
  4. We will confirm that we have received your artwork via email within 2 business days. If you have not heard from us, please email here or call 1-800-317-7507 to confirm that we have received your artwork
  5. Someone from 10kapparel.com will call you back to confirm your ship date and order.
  6. You will be notified via e-mail of the schedule for proofs and due dates. Delay in response to meeting those due dates may result in your ship date being pushed back.
  7. Your order will ship within 2 weeks after we receive your approval of your proofs. Your order is shipped by UPS 2-Day. Upgraded shipping is available at an additional charge.


Guide: Understanding Limitations [ Back To Menu ]

This guide will explain the limitations of our production process.

  1. Images can only be transferred (sublimated) on the front and back of jerseys. We can not put graphics or logos on the sleeves, pockets, collar or the side panels.
  2. All artwork, logos and designs must be provided to us by you or your graphic designer. 10kapparel.com will not create or alter designs in any way. Please refer to the artwork requirements below.
  3. 10kapparel.com is not responsible for artwork sent that is poor quality.
  4. Those submitting artwork to 10kapparel.com must obtain permission and approval from owners of the original art. (e.g. corporate logos, original artwork, copyrighted artwork)
  5. Image area is limited to 10”w X 16”h or 9.5”w X 7.5”h depending on the jersey design chosen.
  6. Our printing process is “CMYK”. This process allows you to have as many colors as you like in your image. However, we can not guarantee an exact match of a Pantone spot color with CMYK printing.
  7. Images will be transferred to the jersey by a process called “sublimation”. This gas-dye process does not leave a surface texture and allows the fabric to maintain breathability.
  8. All jerseys will have a “press mark” around the image. This indentation in the fabric will disappear after a few washings.
  9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 10kapparel.com can not accept returns on semi-custom items.


Guide: Art Requirments for Best Results[ Back To Menu ]

This guide will help you understand how to prepare your art for the best results.

  1. For best results, artwork should be in vector format, in either Adobe Illustrator (v10) or Macromedia Freehand (v10). Keep in mind some Illustrator functions do not translate over properly into Freehand, the program in which we work.
  2. If an image, such as a JPG, TIFF, EPS must be used, please make sure it is of good resolution (150-300dpi) at the correct printing size. For example, if you want the image to be printed at 5" x 5", please make it 5" x 5" at 150 dpi-300dpi. In the case of JPG's, please make sure that as little compression as possible is used.
  3. If your Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand files have imported raster graphics in them (like a jpeg or tiff) they need to be embedded into the document. If they are not embedded, we may not be able to see them. If there are missing imported images in your files, we will email you so you can send them to us. We will hold your order until we get a new file from you. Please provide the imported image as well.
  4. All fonts must be converted to paths or outlines.
  5. Image area is limited to 10”w X 16”h or 9.5”w X 7.5”h depending on the jersey design you choose.
  6. Files must be an exact representation of what will be printed on the jersey. This means all elements are of correct size, placement, proportion & color. Images for the front of the garment and the back must be on separate pages and labeled accordingly. Remember, 10kapparel.com will not alter artwork in any way.

An Art Guide for the Non Artist.

  1. If the terms above make your head spin, you will need to work with a graphic designer who can create “camera-ready” art for production. Print shops or college students majoring in design are good choices as well.
  2. If you work for a corporation, go to your marketing department and ask for help. They often work with printers or ad agencies and will be able to point you in the right direction.
  3. Do not use web graphics. These low resolution files are not suitable for printing. Talk with a designer about creating “print quality” digital files

These sizing charts are to be used ONLY AS GUIDELINES to help you find the right size. (Because every person has unique proportions and fit preferences, these charts may not guarantee a perfect fit.)

HOW TO FIND THE PROPER FIT

Know your measurements. If you are not sure, this is how you can find out.
(Note: all measurements taken close to the body, not over loose clothes)
A. Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest or bust.
B. Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
C. Hips: Measure at the fullest point, standing with feet together
D. Weight
E. Height

To ensure a perfect fit, buy a size run of blank 10kapparel.com jerseys. Try them on, determine your size and return the jerseys to 10kapparel.com.

Shipping Rates

All Semi Custom orders are shipped out UPS seconday air unless otherwise specified by the customer at checkout. Shipment rates differ depending on where in the US we are shipping to.

If you need to estimate your shipping prior to placing your order you can calculate it using UPS's Online Tools. To figure out the total weight of your order each item weights approximatley .5 pounds.

All packages ship out from Grover Beach, CA 93433.

Shipping and Handling Policies

All orders shipped using UPS 2 Day Service. No Saturday Deliveries.

International Orders
We are currently not shipping internationally.

Backorders
Backorders can be placed on semi-custom products however we can not guarantee a ship date for backordered products. The customer assumes responsibility for the delivery date of all backordered items. If an item you are trying to order is backordered we will notify you immediately.

Tax Rates
NO TAX on orders shipped outside California!
For shipments within California, the law requires us to collect sales tax of 7.25%.

  1. 10kapparel.com does not allow returns on custom products. Your sign off on our artproof confirms that you are satisfied with the art and accept it as is. If there is a problem due to the construction of the garment, it will be replaced, with your art, at no charge.
